The Dicks Sporting Goods sell about the same things but their prices very between stores and online. Finish line also sells the same things but they are located farther away. There prices are also a lot more then what mine will be. Also Champs Sports is not as close and prices are a lot. What I will do to beat them is be located closer and have better prices compared to them and have more of a verity then them.
Strengths--- selling athletic gear, see better prices and better quality.Weaknesses--- advertisement could improve, and advertising to the public.Opportunities---advertising more to the public. Threats--- competing against bigger business
