  2. 為何GE? • 我校已夠多計劃,為何還要加上GE? • 我校「資優生」不多,GE與我校關係不大。 • GE,不是由Ed. Psy.負責的嗎? • 我校忙於找尋課改的入手點,無暇攪GE。 • GE跟我校傳統和發展難扯上關係。 • 我懷疑我校能投放多少資源於GE上。 • GE?我校沒有這門訓練的老師。 • GE以全體學生為對象?那有這麼多老師人手?

Professional development • All teachers (when kick off) : • general understandings of GE, Renzulli’s Model, subject-based strategies • Make up for new teachers in subsequent years • CDI secondments • CDI cluster school • S-B programme-based development : e.g. museum studies, science projects, Maths Olympics, etc.

Reflections Assessing the curriculum : The extent going in line with the understandings in GE • For a programme : • - generic skill enrichment : HOT, creativity, personal • and social competences. • - knowledge enrichment : horizon broadening • (programme – wise diagnosis) • For the school curriculum : • strength coverage across the school programmes (school-wise diagnosis)
