  2. 关爱 老人 尊重 夕阳再晨—老年人科普计划 “夕阳再晨——老年人科普计划”是桑榆守望者团队发起的公益活动，常年为老年社区的爷 爷奶奶普及网络及电脑知识，旨在缓解空巢老人融入信息化社会困难、缺少沟通交流渠道而 引发的社会问题，从而推动“自助养老”、“居家养老”，共建和谐社会！ 普及科技提升生活质量 创新 常年走入社区，采用集中授课，个性化教学，帮助老年人使用电脑、MP3等电子产品，提升老年人融入科技社会的自信心。普及QQ视频、微博等沟通工具，拓宽交流渠道，摆脱空巢老人的孤独落寞感。 文艺娱乐丰富老年生活 务实 集体为老年人庆祝生日、举办金婚联谊会、母亲节折花，书法绘画比拼等文艺活动，提供交流平台，丰富老人生活，并让老人的特长得以施展。 老少互助彰显人生价值 为青年一代分享社会经验，传授人生阅历及处事哲学；倡导老年人帮助年轻人设计居家养老产品，创意协作，互助友爱，共享人生价值。 北京邮电大学 “信息黄埔” @激励行动夕阳再晨老年人科普计划
