Quanta-Mi and related researches in Modern Physics Education

  • It’s about 20 years that many international research groups, including the Milan group, have been studying the teaching/learnig modalities of Modern Physics.

  • The analysis we made in Milan of the main obtained results give some clear indications for constructing an effective teaching of quantum physics for secondary school students:

  • Start from well stated and clear phenomenological aspects

  • Follow a coherent formulation of quantum physics and get even to formal aspects

  • Avoid semiclassical way of reasoning

  • SOFTWARE PRODUCTION:

  • The Compton effect

  • The decay of the muon

  • Ionizing radiation

  • The Rutherfor scattering
