  2. Introduction The ATM Master Plan has been complete for some time and has been socialized with the stakeholders allowing forfeedback. Now this period is complete, and before any meaningful implementation can take place, the large numbers of recommendations need to be put in to a logical order and prioritized against the most immediate requirements of the stakeholders. The next step in this process is the Objectives and Priorities workshop. This workshop has been sponsored by IndII in order to; Inform senior DGCA management of the implementation issues Achieve consensus within the DGCA Directorates as to priorities for implementation of the Masterplan recommendations Agree an implementation process, including milestones and reports Identify stakeholders and assign responsibilities for implementation and reporting Identify the resources required for implementation.   3. In order to assist workshop participants in quickly recognizing the linkages between recommendations, following logical objectives have been assigned to the detailed recommendations. It will allow us to plan project activities and to allocate priorities for the objectives. The objective is the outcome required, the recommendations itself is the what has to be done, and the driver is why we should do it. Note that one or many of the following six generic drivers may be valid in any of these recommendations. Regulation Capacity/Demand Technology Emissions Safety Customer or stakeholder requirement or expectation.
