The PSP’s Role • Assist with initial communication and scheduling • Secure and make documents available • Create the schedule for Snapshot day • Be on site on Snapshot day • Assist with assembly of interview groups • Be present for end of day debrief with principal • Receive final Snapshot report • Facilitate interpretation of the report • Facilitate stakeholder debrief and faculty collegial dialogue • Ensure use of report data in future campus planning
