  2. CONCEPTO DE ÍNDICES LEUCOCITARIOS Son unos parámetros que evalúan el grado de madurez de los leucocitos (neutrófilos).

  3. RECUENTO DE SHILLING • Relaciona formas juveniles y maduras. • Es decir, los cayados y segmentados. • Al ver una célula, en caso de duda se incluye en la forma más madura.

  4. CÁLCULO Y VALORACIÓN DEL ÍNDICE DE SHILLING • Dividir los cayados por los segmentados. • Más juveniles: Desviación izquierda. • Más maduros: Desviación derecha. % de formas juveniles Índice de Schilling = ----------------------------- % de formas maduras

  5. RECUENTO DE ARNETH • Tiene en cuenta el número de lobulaciones. • Los hacen los autoanalizadores. • Puede calcularse el índice de lobularidad.
