2. INTENT. The Engineer Summit was convened to expressly look at structure and what is required in MAGTF Engineering. The following tenets were used to focus efforts:Do we have an organizational structure problem?Do we have the right equipment?Do we fulfill stated METLs by MWSS?Do our METLs match the future demand for warfighting?What are the solutions?Can we compensate some of our current structure?.
