General Travel Information • Travel reports are to be submitted: • with all original receipts, • after return home • Reimbursement based upon: • R/T airfare from home to MSS only • Changes for personal reasons involving penalty fees will not have the fees reimbursed MSS Orientation / G. van Belle

  7. General Travel Information – The Sheraton • Students wishing to extend their stay: • should contact the Sheraton directly, • will be accommodated on a space-available basis, • are personally responsible for the extra expense • Sheraton courtesy shuttle • Tips are highly recommended • Students are highly advised to group up for rides to/from Caltech • Limited availability for gobs of students MSS Orientation / G. van Belle
