El proyecto BIDUR, está incluido en el Eje prioritario 2 del programa operativo POCTEFA y específicamente en la medida 2.1 “Protección y valorización del patrimonio natural, prevención de riesgos, energía, gestión del agua”. • Las acciones incluidas responden a propuestas ciudadanas detectadas en los procesos de participación del FORO DEL AGUA en la Cuenca del Bidasoa. • El objetivo principal del proyecto es estudiar con la misma metodología diversos aspectos de dos cuencas con características hidrológicas y ecológicas similares: la cuenca transfronteriza del Bidasoa y la cuenca transregional del Urumea
