Financial Overview • For the three months ended June 30, 2006, net sales increased to $2.5 million from $809,000 a year ago and increased from $1.4 million in the immediately preceding first quarter of 2006 • For the first half of 2006, net sales rose to $3.8 million from $1.9 million in the comparable prior-year period • At June 30, 2006, company had cash and cash equivalents of $7.3 million and working capital of $11.5 million, compared with $3.1 million and $4.7 million, respectively, at December 31, 2005 • Issued $11.66 million of convertible notes May 2006
