Status • Berlin (October 2008) Progress: • Discussed “Big Picture” – where are we and where are we going in the Security WG • Discussed SecWG Security Architecture – to be completed by March 2009 meeting • Reviewed Key Management Green and Magenta docs – again reviewed in January telecon. • Discussed application layer security in general. Many action items with additional discussions this meeting. • Reviewed Mission Planners Security Guide draft. Will be aligned with Arinc 811. • Held mtg w/Space Link Layer Security BOF • Current Progress: • Held interim telecon January 7, 2009 to discuss KM • RIDs received from INPE, CNES, and ESA on encryption doc to be dispositioned at this meeting

Document Status • Encryption • Agency review yielded RIDs from INPE, CNES, and ESA • Plan: disposition the RIDs today and move on with the document • Authentication • Last check, still in Secretariat editing stack • Security Architecture • Gordon • Mission Planner’s Guide • Craig • Key Management • Green Book draft distributed to mail list and posted to CWE • Magenta Book - ?
