  6. AUTO ENROLMENT Auto Enrolment is complex and the responsibilities are onerous. These include, amongst many others the requirement to: • Asses every one of your worker’s ages, earnings and place of work in order to place them into categories; This is complex and needs to be carried out at  each and every pay period (be that weekly, monthly or annually). • Register the plan with the Pensions Regulator and update them regularly with audit information relating to take up and opt-out data. • Process opt-outs and opt-ins at every pay period and keep records for 6 years.
