MONDAY: AM Lifeline work with individuals, families and communities both to prevent and reduce harm, to promote recovery, and to challenge the inequalities linked to alcohol and drug misuse, this includes: • Support to individuals with a drug and/or alcohol addiction to reduce dependency and enable recovery (this is provided through a wide range of services and approaches). • Prevention work regarding alcohol and drug use and awareness raising.   3. MONDAY: PM The aim of the Community Agents Service is to enable vulnerable people to remain independent in their own homes, particularly those who live alone and those who are frail and elderly. We are a One-Stop Shop for information, signposting and referral on to voluntary or statutory services. Some of the services we can help with are; • Help with shopping • Arrange transport to the GP surgery or hospital appointments. • Help to complete forms • Chaperone / support • Helpful advice • Organise a befriender • Inform about local social activities • Signposting/referrals to other agencies Contact Details - Tel: (01642) 201096.   4. TUESDAY: ALL DAY Who are we and what do we do? We are a mental health organisation who provide emotional and practical support to adults. Our Mental Health Practitioners provide 1 to 1 confidential support for adults with mild to moderate mental health problems.   5. WEDNESDAY: AM Homecall offer a 24/7 service to keep elderly & vulnerable people independent at home for as long as possible. The service has 24/7 monitoring and response to emergency situations (response within 18 minutes). The service is ideal for people who: • Live alone, or don’t have regular visitors • Are elderly • Are at risk of falling, less mobile or are unwell • Have just been discharged from hospital • Are worried about intruders or crime • Are caring for someone Contact Details - Tel: (01642) 771339 Email: enquiries@homecall.me

  6. THURSDAY: AM NECA is a registered charity whose key focus is to improve the lives of individuals and communities throughout the region. They have supported and enabled thousands of individuals to sustain long term Recovery from substances and Gambling misuse. We provide a range of health and wellbeing services, acknowledging that wider health determinates can have a significant impact on individual recovery.   7. FRIDAY: AM Citizens Advice provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
