  4. I began asking questions about the reporting. • Is everything relevant and who is my audience? • Does Waste Recycling Management need to report on this? • What information do the Executive and Councillors need? • What other reports are required? The change begins

  5. I began to take an active part in the reporting and making it a ‘real’ document. • With this in mind and questions answered, I created this ....

  7. The Working Data Sheet is where the detail is situated. • This places all data from varied sources internal and external into one place which then feeds into the main report. Working Data
