  6. Facilities Update Half Way There! • 101 Bechtel (Bridges) is FINISHED! • NOTHING should be in 120A Bechtel • Construction for 120A Bechtel – starting this weekend (?) • Access to items in 101 Bridges – • Key Code: 21546 • Key to kitchen (107 Bechtel) – Kept with Portia

  7. Space Allocations • Please fill out the form • Will be based on the following: • Need – do you have space anywhere else? • What do you need to store in 120A Bechtel? • What will you use your desk/wall space for? • Allocations will be announced during the next meeting

Committees Social, Publicity,FiComm • Will be meeting within the next two weeks • You MUST be on a committee to receive funding • The same representative must attend the meetings • Why: consistency and progress • Ask us after the meeting if you do not know which committee you should be on • Note: organizations who are working to become a member do NOT need to be on a committee

FiComm • When: Tuesdays 7-9PM (every other week: 10/12, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 11/30) • Locations: Bridges (most likely) • Must sign up by 5PM on Monday prior to attending • Sign up at: ejc.berkeley.edu (still working on getting this changed) • Rules for attending twice for the same event: • You must have new information to present • You must have a very specific reason to go along with the new information
