Reflection • Gained acceptance for those who typically get called the “R-Word” & that they are still people and we should respect their feelings • The term affects more than just the person it is said to • Many people are unaware of how hurtful the word is • I can be the change by being a leader and helping to stop the use of the word Main Menu
