Common Issues • Can’t fit it all in to current schedule • Can’t afford to have Technical Core in grades 9-12 • ROP doesn’t support the earlier grades • School doesn’t have the resources • CTE doesn’t meet grad requirements or UC a-g • Can’t we just embed theme into academic core • CPA grant is restrictive • Classes are not pure • 9th grade academy model prohibits four year Program of Study
