  5. Acuity High School Tests Math Form Design : Three courses aligned to the Traditional Pathway of the Common Core Standards One diagnostic form per course: Algebra 1 Geometry Algebra 2 Each form contains: 38 items - Multiple Choice (MC) and 2-4 Constructed Response (CR) items 5

Acuity High School Tests ELA Form Design: Configured to fit into traditional English II & III courses Form variety keeps students engaged: Literary passages Informational passages Research and language development items Most literary passages will be selected to emphasize a focus on authentic literature Each from contains 38 items (MC and 3 CR items) 6
