  • Departure from Germany on 27.03.2011 Frankfurt Airport (4.30 a.m.)

  • Bus journey to Frankfurt Hahn

    (4.45 a.m. – 6.30 a.m.)

  • Flight with Ryanair to Kerry Airport

    (7.15 a.m. – 9.00 a.m.)

  • Transfer to Tralee Town centre Apartments by bustaxi

  • Check in at the apartments

    (9.30 a.m.)

  • 10.00 a.m. – shopping food in a big grocer’s shop (it’s much more expensive than in Germany)

  • 11.00 a.m. - almost everyone took a nap (because we were so tired)

  • 06.00 p.m. – we had our first Irish Guinness in Kirby Brogue‘s Inn

  • Typical misty and windy Irish weather

  • Back at the apartments at 6.00 pm

  • The group was guided and accompanied by a group of Irish students

Day trip - Dingle

A group of Irish students planned the trip for us.

They showed us around on the Dingle Peninsula

and we discovered the most beautiful sights of

the western Irish coast.

During 4 days at the college we worked on .....

  • a presentation about our hotel or restaurant .

  • a flyer or brochure about Ireland with pieces of interesting information.

  • a short report about the economy of Ireland and Germany
