Who is on the Universal Leadership Team? • Maximum of five to seven members • At least one building administrator • Intervention Specialist/Coach or Lead Teacher • Staff interested in working with data We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Comprehensive System of Student Support • Use data at school-wide level to determine student needs as a large group • If 20% of Algebra IAB students are not meeting standards then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms • If 30% of second grade students at a school are not meeting expectations on DIBELS then examine curriculum/instruction within the classrooms We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Who is on the Targeted Team? • Maximum of five to seven members • At least one building administrator • Someone from the Universal Leadership Team • Staff interested in working with data/interventions We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Comprehensive System of Student Support • Use data at targeted level to determine student needs for small groups • If after adjustment has been made in school-wide curriculum/instruction there are a few students who aren’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then small group instruction is implemented targeted to the students’ needs in addition to school-wide instruction We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.

Comprehensive System of Student Support • Use data at problem-solving level to determine individual student needs • If after small group intervention there is a student who isn’t meeting standards in Algebra IAB then individualized intensive instruction is implemented targeted to the student’s needs in addition to targeted group intervention and school-wide instruction We take pride in educating and graduating each student prepared and inspired to contribute to the world.
