  2. Online Applications Most apprenticeship programmes use an online application form. The information you give will be similar to the information on your CV. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND EXPERIENCES INTERESTS

  3. Online Tests This is called psychometric testing. Companies use these online tests to determine whether or not you possess the skills they are looking for. NUMERICAL/VERBAL REASONING PERSONALITY/APTITUDE SITUATIONAL TESTS EXCEL/IT PROFICIENCY

  4. Digital Submission 1 Demonstrate you communication skills. 2 Show your passion for a career at this company. 3 Pathway CTM’s video workshop will give you tips for how to succeed in this step of the application process.

  5. Assessment Usually includes an in-person interview at an assessment centre. You may be asked to complete written exercises or give a short presentation. All companies have a slightly different application process. If you are interested in specific companies, look up their application process online. Sometimes there are multiple interview stages. Your employer will always give you plenty of time and guidance.
