  1. Are Year 6 Boys more flexible than Year 6 Girls By Madison Campbell, Georgia McGarrity and Victoria Gerace

  2. Aim Our Aim is to find out who is more flexible (Boys or Girls)

  3. Why Did we Choose this myth? We chose this myth because we kept getting asked by boys ‘Can you do this?’ as if they can do it better and we just wanted to prove to them that we think that girls are more flexible than boys!!

  4. Method • We started with getting 3 boys and 3 girls to do some exercises. • Groups of 2 (1 boy and 1 girl). • We started with the splits for our first exercise. We did it one group at a time. (The girls won this exercise). • The next thing we did was toe touches…

  5. Continue Method • In this exercise we all did it at the same time until people got out so there was only one person left. (The boys won this exercise). • Our last exercise was frog legs/ head to toes/butterfly. (The girls won this exercise) • That was our Investigation/ Method

  6. Participants • Girl Team (Team Pink): • Victoria Gerace, Madison Campbell, Georgia McGarrity • Boy Team (Team Green): • Jarrod Fletcher, Brendan Bell, Sean Lonergan

  7. New Participants • Some of the boys quit because they had to try out their experiment/myth so then we chose some more: • Liam McKell • Adam Denniss • Connor Colbran

  8. Conclusion/ Results • In the end we found out that the girls had won most exercises. • Let’s take a look………
