  6. ASSIGNMENT #5 Self Reflection  - Reflect on the three legged stool and write down a short reflection about yourself in each category.1. Examples of your developing skills?2. Examples of you  respecting yourself and others?3. Examples you acting responsibly?If you were to add a "fourth" leg to you stool what would it be? Think about what is important in your life to be self-confident.

ASSIGNMENT #6 Journal Entry  - Answer these questions:• How can you use the idea of the three-legged stool to help build your self-confidence?• How can you use it to help build others’ self-confidence?• In what ways can family and friends help us build self-confidence?• What are the advantages of building the legs of your stool slowly rather than rushing to build them?
