ACTIVITY: Jr High Lock-in POC/PHONE: Name Objectives: • To allow the students to get to know each other and get along • Learn to respect each other and realize their differences • To bring teachers/staff and students together to make class dynamics more comfortable • To allow new students to get to know the Life Teen program (songs, people, etc) No Picture Yet, Event has not occurred Evaluation Criteria: • Feedbacks from students as well as parents. • Teachers’ feedbacks in post lock-in evaluation meeting. MAIN TASKS ACCOMPLISHMENTS: (FY 03) • All participants overnight sleeping • (etc) • (etc) • 27 students participated • 10 counselors • Students had fun PLANS: (FY 04) • Better plan for after program time (i.e. sleep time) • Plan earlier dinner time • Enforce students to arrive on time and stay for complete program 1

ACTIVITY: Jr High Lock-in 10/10-10/11 APPROACH/PLANS: Task 1: Draft is pulled out from the last year and quick adjustment will be made. * Need to reserve church space Task 2: Finalization will be made during staff planning meeting. Task 3: Take registration info and payment Task 4: Continue to check activity progress status with assignees, and check with PTA for food preparation. BUDGET ESTIMATE: Income: $540 Expense: $280 (Estimate, don’t have final numbers yet) Food: $200 Materials: $80 2
