  15. Standards & Regulation开放标准与规则 Standards are voluntary. If companies choose to contribute to standards, they usually are safe from competition laws, if they are working in open standards. 标准是自愿的。如果公司选择投入到标准工作中,如果是选择一个开放的标准及其组织,一般从竞争法来说他们是安全的。 Safe from regulation if they are fair and do not mislead others (commit fraud). 也就是说从监管的各种法规来说 -如果参与者是真实和公平的,没有有意误导他人。
