  2. By October 1st of each year, DPS must issue a publication listing the collision rate for students taught by each driver education entity. The first report is required to be published by October 1, 2011.

  3. Special education students taking a drivers’ education course through the school district have the right to ask for accommodations in instruction or in the driver’s education vehicles.
