  2. HOW THE TSUNAMI WAS MADE The red dot or square represents where the tsunami started. The tsunami was made by a underwater earthquake. The earthquake hit north of the Indonesian island of Sumatra.

  3. HOW IT START AND WHERE DID IT START The 2004 tsunami was made by a 9.0 under water earthquake. The tsunami started at the west-coast of Indonesia and the tsunami killed nearly 200,000 people in eleven countries and the waves were about 30 metres high. They estimated that it traveled for more than 3,000 miles.

  4. WHERE DID IT START AND WHERE DID IT END The waves started in Sumatra. It travelled from Sumatra to Somalia, Madagascar, Bangladesh, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Malaysia, Western Australia and a few other places.
