Data standard applies only to lidar points which are the XYZ coordinates of random samples of surface of the earth • Lidar points shall be in LAS 1.1 or 1.2 format (ASPRS standard) • Lidar points shall be collected at a minimum pulse density of 4/m2 • Lidar points shall be collected with a vertical accuracy of 20 cm RMSE or better on flat unobstructed surfaces • NAVD88 preferred, Oregon Lambert, UTM, State Plane preferred • Metadata shall include a process description covering flying height, IMU and GPS parameters, pulse density, sampling frequency and swath overlap LAS attributes
