    1. Navy-Marine Corps Spiritual Fitness Program Personal Sexual Responsibility A Commitment To Sexual Boundaries CDR Brad Telleen, CHC, USN “Personal Sexual Responsibility” is a PowerPoint presentation, endorsed by the Navy’s Sexual Health and Responsibility Program (SHARP). It is designed to be used by chaplains in conjunction with standard medical briefs delivered by medical personnel to military personnel prior to port calls, or as part of General Military Training (GMT). This brief is not intended to be used in place of a medical brief, but rather to complement it with a values-based approach to STD prevention and responsible sexuality.   The brief is based on the Navy Core Values of Honor, Courage and Commitment, with the addition of Integrity.
