Train yourself E-learning Session The “My coach” button allows you to ask a question on the contents to a Crossknowledge consultant Choice of language Click this button to print the screen Full screen The module navigation bar enables you to access the player’s main functionalities The modules have sound. If you don’t hear the voice in each screen, please check that your sound card is activated and that the volume is loud enough Beware : without sound, the module will lose an important part of its effectiveness as a learning tool.

Train yourself Access the E-learning recourses in the Session CK Essentials The CrossKnowledge Essentials are written files for grasping the essentials of a technique or a management concept in just a few minutes. They are a full-fledged learning tool. Presented in the form of practical 2-to-4 page files that can be consulted on-line or printed, and are considered as the state of the art in management. CK Action tips The CrossKnowledge Action Tips are single- or double-page documents designed to help you on the job. These are stand-alone training tools. Either in a one or two page A4 format, they can be consulted online, printed or downloaded. They are dedicated to operational efficiency.

Tips for E-Learning We recommend you: • To plan and dedicate specific time slots for your online training • To notify your colleagues or family to allow yourself to focus on the training • To close your door in order not to be disturbed if you have a private desk otherwise use headphones • To fully concentrate (switch off phones and close your email inbox) • To carefully read the objectives of the training • To follow your training in the indicated order • To ask for help if something is not clear.
