  2. INTRODUCTION Every man has his roots and seed bed where he is molded into a better human being. Traditions are important and never be set aside. Tradition and culture may not be perfect at all times, this shows that it is also needed to enhance or improve or improvised the tradition and culture. It is our essence as who we are. A family has it’s own way of bringing up their children but not all the times parents values are applicable now. Before there should have many son’s and daughter for a happy family, now it is still alright but we have to consider how we will nurture our kids.

  4. Traditions and culture are what makes a person a human being within a group. It makes his identity but this tradition are abused by others that’s why we have to be develop our tradition.

  5. Filipino hospitality: good or bad? (Poem) A boy was born with non-silver spoon, but have a heart that’s glow like a moon. He was surrounded with people with love as sweet as prone.

  6. The boy was fed with love , values and many sweet things. He became a boy with true genuine outlook in many things. The boy’s learning’s in life his being.

  7. The boy encountered other boys. He cupped them with emotions. The boy gained new friends. But later on, some used him for their unfed stomach.

  8. Friends and foes the boy did not know; all he knew was that everyone has flaws. The boy did not put anger but became wise and smart by what they did.

  9. Having such good seed bed, the boy learned to have patience and make the rainbow shine. Only a good soul can have a genuine smartness. Other boys tried to bash him and manipulate him but a better soul was his weapon to them

  10. Knowing that he is abused, he stepped back and continue his life with a heart that glows like a moon.

  11. REFLECTION Our tradition and culture are what made us. It is our identity. It makes us different from others. But tradition and culture must be updated in time without compromising the true value of tradition. Like hospitality. It is alright. But when you know who you are being abused, you know what to do. Hence, never forget our tradition and culture because it is US. We can be determine by others as Filipino’s through our traditions and culture.
