  4. Suspensions • Suspensions are as follow: If a player delivers a hit upon another, the team who is victimised of the hit is allowed to submit a video onto EA Sports World to be reviewed. • A player will receive a proper punishment for the hit based upon where the puck is during contact and if a penalty was called on the play. • Suspensions can stretch from 1 to 6 games based upon severity. • Games are only for Regular Season Games • You can only be suspended in the playoffs if the hit comes during a playoff game.

  5. Lineups • Each team can play as many players as they want • Max amount of players for a team is 12 • Minimum amount of players for a team is 2 • If players make last minute decisions on playing, you can request an emergency back up or a call up. • SEE NEXT PAGE FOR GOALIES

  6. Goaltenders • Each team will be required to have a goalie on their roster. • You are only allowed to play without one if the other team does not have one. • If a team does not have a goalie going into a game when the other team does, the team without the goalie will earn a **freebee. • **you are given half a point with a loss (only applies for a regulation loss) • **If a team passes another team based on the freebee at the end of the season. The team they passed is allowed to challenge them to see who gets the higher seeding.

  7. Stat Tracking • Each team and each player will have their stats tracked during the course of the regular season and during the playoffs. • Each team will submit their box scores and stats to the League Manager (@EASHL_NAHL). He will then submit the stats to the official website where you can keep track and follow your season stats. • See an Example of what it will look like below.

  8. Schedule • A season will consist of 18 games (9 home and 9 away) • Each team is allowed 3 pre-season games against other NAHL Teams. Must tell the league manager about it. No pre-season games past September 26th 2013 • If a team cannot play on a certain game day, they must report to the league manager about it so it gets re scheduled. If a team does not give notice on missing a game, they will forfeit the game automatically.

  9. Playoffs • 8 of 10 teams make the playoffs. • It will set up as a traditional bracket (1v8, 2v7 etc.) • Highest team who advances will play the lowest team who advances ex. 2v7, 3v4 • Round 1 will be a Best of 3 game series. • Rounds 2 and 3 will be a Best of 5 game series. • Round 4 will be a Best of 7 game series.

  10. Transactions • Teams are allowed to make trades, sign Free Agents or release players to the Free Agency. • The Trade Deadline will be held after the 11th game of the season. After 11 games, you are not allowed to trade any players. They must be released if you wish to depart without them. • All transactions must be approved by the league manager before they go through. • If a player is traded on game day, that player is allowed to suit up that same day with his new team. • MAXIMUM ROSTER SPACE: 12 Players

  11. Game Days • On Game Day. The home team must notify the away team (or vice versa) to set up a time to play (Anytime on scheduled Game Day). Both teams must agree and report it to the league manager. • There will be a contact page on the website so you can contact each teams GM when you need to. (Trades, Game Times etc) • To challenge your scheduled opponent, you must go into “Play Game” in the EASHL Home Screen. Then you select “Challenge Club”. Type in the name of the opponent and you’re good to go! REMEMBER! Home team MUST CHALLENGE away team.

  12. Awards • After the regular season, the team with the best record will be given a trophy. After the playoffs, the team who wins will be given a trophy. • MOST GOALS: Sniper Award • MOST ASSISTS: Saucer Award • MOST POINTS: Contributor Award • MOST PIM: Goon Award • MOST WINS: Marty Award • BEST G.AA: Brick Wall Award • BEST S%: Saviour Award • MVP (voted by the players) • MVP (voted by the league) • Best Centre • Best Left Wing • Best Right Wing • Best Defender • Best Goalie

  13. We recommend that every team has a twitter account or a manager on twitter to communicate with other teams. If not, you can communicate through PSN by looking up GM Names on the website.
