  4. SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIVERSITY The latest information is available for all diversity areas: • Business case • Leading practice principles and case studies • Thought leadership • Benchmarks • Toolkits • Research • Compliance and legislation • Emerging issues • How DCA can assist.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIVERSITY • New section on the latest research in key sectors e.g. IT and Legal Services • Access to webcasts of past DCA events • A collection of DCA’s member and other publications • New ‘pulse check’ polling capability • DCA on Twitter and Linked-In • More improvements planned.
