  2. 6th Asia Disciples Escoffier Young Talent 3rd, 4th and 5th September 2013 Disciples Escoffier International Asia is proud and happy to welcome you to join our 6th DEYT Edition, which will take place in Hong Kong, from the 3rd to the 5th of September 2013, during the Show « Restaurant & Bar » in the Hong Kong Convention Center. Candidates from our 8 Asia Delegations will represent their country, and will “fight” to win the flying ticket to go in France for the World Disciples Escoffier Young Talent 2014 ! During 3 days, and in 3 rounds, the Disciples Escoffier Young Chefs will demonstrate their skills and their best, through the recipes of Auguste Escoffier “Guide Culinaire” ! Additionally, Chef Régis Marcon, Disciples Escoffier International World President, and Doctor George Halpern, International well known Professor, will propose 2 events about “mushrooms”, their benefits, and their cookings, etc....

Having trained under Michelin-starred Dutch Chefs Hans Snijders and Robert Kranenborg, Ekkebus refined his techniques working with French Masters such as Alain Passard, Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire.
