  2. Background Floatograph Technologies, LLC was founded in 1989 by Frank Liestenfeltz. SkyDoc™ Systems, Inc incorporated in 2008 as the Aerostat Division of Floatograph Technologies, LLC. SkyDoc™ Systems, Inc. specializes in the design integration & operations of custom surveillance & communications solutions. The SkyDoc™ AXE4LT-4H pad design was developed specifically for shipboard use. The SkyDoc™ Aerostat is specially designed for use in a marine environment in all types of weather. This combination of a small launcher and aerostat that is adaptable to the marine environment allows for many uses from surveillance, signal intelligence, communications another applications. Company Proprietary

  3. Blimp & Aerostats In the Military Iraq with the USMC • 2004 – 2006 3 sites • Aerial Communications Relay Mobile Tethered “Balloons” • Altitude 1000 – 2000 ft. • Endurance 1 – 14 days • Payload 200 – 500 lbs • Gas Helium (non- flammable) Examples of payloads • SIGINT surveillance • Communication relay • Surveillance Cameras • Intelligence gathering The Evolution to Aerostats • Military planners are now focusing on the small tethered and less costly aerostat which SkyDoc™ provides. Company Proprietary

  4. US Navy Aerostat • SkyDoc™ Aerostat with sensors • EO/IR Camera system • Over the horizon or forward looking EO/IR system for surface search (25 – 30 Miles) • SIGINT • Systems to detect handheld satellite communications devices • GSM Cell phone detection systems • Comms Relay • Relay of critical information • Expansion of battle group bandwidth • Lightweight Radar • Possible carriage of light weight radar system if desired Company Proprietary

  5. Past Aerostats at Sea • This is not revolutionary, its evolutionary! • Sensors are shrinking while capability is growing! • Adapt the systems to fit the current requirements. Company Proprietary

  6. What are we Proposing? • What is our suggestion: • Temporarily install an aerostat with an EO/IR sensor & a SIGINT package for GSM Cell phone and Satellite Phone detection • Conduct operations to measure the performance of both systems • Discuss with Surface Warfare experts what is the “art of the possible” & what are REAL Requirements that could be satisfied. • Ask – Are there solutions that would enhance the capabilities of the ship • “Give it a Try” Company Proprietary

  7. Installation configurations to Explore Options for Operations 1. Pallet system – semi fixed 2. Trailer system – relocate for Ops Company Proprietary

  8. Options for installation • Perfect location to start from. • Options above Helo Deck? Company Proprietary

  9. Seaborne Aerostat Objective • Hyperspectral sensor for the detection of Mines • Communications relay capabilities • EO/IR Sensor for extended range identification Approximately 1,200 ft Company Proprietary
