  2. A continuous or instant ice cream freezer is quite similar to the batch freezer, but it differs on the ground of freezing operation. Here, freezing is carried out under pressure, and the air is continuously drawn in or out of the freezing chamber at a metered rate. If used continuous ice cream freezer, then the ice creams can be getting in a shorter time as there are only about 30 seconds taken for partial freezing the mix. Given below are some of the advantages of using a continuous ice cream freezer that will make you think of buying one for your house:  It requires less viscosity in mixing; thus, it saves a lot of energy. Also, less stabilizing is needed; this is because a large amount of ice crystals is formed.
