  1. Sharyland Transition Taskforce (STTF) Update Update to RMS December 18, 2013

Transition Update: • Ongoing discussions continue between PUCT, Sharyland Utilities (SU) and all interested parties in hopes to reach a successful conclusion by the end of January 2014. • Flight 1013 Update as of November 20th: • 15 Competitive Retailers completed • 12 CRs in process of completing refund banking scripts • 1 late entry testing banking change

Sharyland Utilities (SU) Planning following Market activities: • CR Workshop for early February 2014—exact date(s) will be posted to the Sharyland website and emailed to STTF/RMS listservs for market notifications once finalized. • Public Forum meetings late February and/or early March 2014.  • These will be open-house forums and CRs are being asked by SU to provide their needs and if they planned to participate.Once meeting dates are finalized will also be posted to the SU website and emailed to the STTF/RMS listservs.  • Clarification: Email communicated to the RMS listserv on November 13, 2013 concerning SU-McAllen Energy Efficiency Cost Recovery Factor (EECRF) applies to McAllen and not the new service territory being acquired by SU in this project.

  4. STTF will continue to provide updates to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) narrative. Some items identified in November: • How actual NEW move-ins will be handled during the go-live transition period? • How actual MVOs will be handled for those customers Moving Out prior to go-live transition period and there is a MVI pending to Switch that premise/ESI ID? • How will CRs know POLR Customer Class for small and medium non-residential premise types without historical usage data? • Provide examples of Sharyland Invoice/Bill, SAC04 codes, and new updated Territory Maps. • Key Documents and FAQs for this project are located on ERCOT.com: • Sharyland Transition Taskforce (STTF) main page under • Key Documents: http://www.ercot.com/committees/board/tac/rms/sttf/
