Documents required for Transportation of E-waste • The transporter will have to carry three copies of the below documents • E-waste manifest Form 6(Pic Attached).Different color coded Copies of this form has to be shared as stated below • Yellow (Copy 1)-To be retained by the sender after taking signature from the transporter. • Pink (Copy 2)- To be retained by the receiver after taking signature from the transporter. • Orange(Copy 3)- To be retained by the transporter after taking signature from the receiver • Green ( Copy 4)- To be returned by the receiver with his/her signature to sender.
