  2. Isi cream soup : • Chicken • 2. Mushroom • 3. Corn

  3. Peralatan : • Frying Pan • Frying Spatula/ Wooden • Stock Pot

  4. Bahan yang dibutuhkan : • 5oo cc white Stock • Roux : • 50 gr margarin • 50 gr tepung • 25 gr choped onion + 25 gr choped leek • -Isi • slice mushroom • sauted chicken • Corn

  5. Proses : Simmering Pembuatan Roux 1. Saute onion + leek, masukkan terigu aduk sampai menggumpal, matang tapi tidak berubah warna (tetap putih) 2. Campurkan stock panas dengan roux yang sudah dingin, bumbui pala dan garam, simmer selama 5 s/d 10 menit. 3. Saute mushroom slice, dan chicken cube bumbui lada, garam 4. Taruh isi pada soup cup, tambahkan soup 5. Dihias dengan cream, tambah peterseli cincang atau 1 petik peterseli Isi mushroom : cream of mushroom soup Isi ayam : cream of chicken soup

  6. SIAP DIHIDANGKAN DENGAN SOUP CUP AND SAUCER 2. DENGAN SOUP PLATE 3. DENGAN SOUP BOWL
