Basics: Sikhism was founded by Guru Nanak It’s based on living worldly without being influenced by the world and your surroundings They believe that you choose your own path in life not anyone else You have to get initiated into Sikhism. If you were to go to India right now you could tell who was getting ready to be initiated into Sikhism because they have specific things that they have to wear and things they have to have with them , like they have to have uncut hair, a comb with them , wear a bracelet , etc…. Sikhs also believe in speaking on what they believe

  4. How many people believe in Sikhism? 25 Million worldwide but there are 19 Million in India and the other 6 million are all over .

  5. Pastor of their place of worship or no pastor? They don’t necessarily have a pastor like most of us would think of today but they do have officials who read the scriptures.

  6. Thing that the Sikhs are known for They are known for helping people in need , that is one of their primary task in life.
