  4. #CHEKkiyakya Brand – PropertyChek PropertyChek is an online service provider which offers legal services related to the real estate sector in Pune. Offering services like property title verification and development chek, PropertyChek was aiming for the untapped territory during its product validation stage. Objective To raise awareness against property frauds and thus, establish the product in the Pune market.

  5. Execution • We rolled out a social media ad campaign #CHEKkiyakya for three months. The campaign ran under the following categories: • Facebook Lead Generation: The campaign generated a total of 44,613 impressions (8,911 through English and 35,702 through regional language) with 150 genuine leads. • Facebook Website Clicks: The campaign was focussed on redirecting people to the website and giving them further insights into the product. The campaign generated a total of 1,67,037 impressions in total with a 60,000 unique impressions. The campaign yielded 816 genuine queries on the website. • Twitter: The campaign resulted in 13K impressions in a duration of one-week. The product got validated successfully and is now in its second stage of execution.

  6. 9 Options Brand – 9 Options A retail store situated in Hadapsar offering latest fashion collections. The store although was popular in the neighbourhood, did not get much mileage on social media. With brands like UCB, Adidas, Nike available in-store and a fairly good customer database available, the possibilities were limitless. Objective To engage old customers on social media as well raise awareness amongst the new ones.

  7. Execution • A one month long, demographically targeted ad campaign was run on Facebook. The campaign was focussed on getting more and more page likes. • Facebook Likes: The campaign generated a total of 11,990 impressions and 1710 page likes. The page got good organic engagement after the campaign ended. • Result • The campaign resulted in increased online engagement and better footfalls on-ground.

YOLO Gastrobar & Lounge Brand – YOLO Gastrobar & Lounge A well established hang-out spot located in Pimple Saudagar, YOLO’s team approached us a month back with concerns regarding their online engagement. Though the lounge attracts good amount of footfall on weekends, they wanted to pull more crowd on weekdays. Objective To engage old customers on social media as well highlight the weekdays’ events. Revamping online image with a better creative approach. To position the upper deck as a family destination.

  9. Execution • Butter and Cheese Festival • Janmashtmi in a bar, sound bizarre right? That is what we came up with. A special butter festival that combines the festive spirit with the vibes of a lounge. A special menu was formulated and promotions were done across various channels on Social Media. The event was promoted for four days and made 6,917 impressions with 80 event responses. • YOLO Exclusive Sunday Brunch • Sunday brunch is a concept which is still limited to five and seven stars hotels. YOLO began with Sunday brunch at their live kitchen in upper deck. Promotions were done across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, which translated into footfalls on the venue. The event has been promoted for two weeks now and made 10,288 impressions with 90 event responses. • Result • The campaign resulted in increased online engagement and better footfalls on-ground.

In order to reach out to the maximum audience, we have always taken the crazy route. An unconventional approach for every situation is our way forward. Objective To generate engaging online content which goes beyond the nature of our business and thus create a brand image in the market.

  11. Execution • Champions • When the entire country was mourning the fact that Team India could not make it to the world cup finals, The Uncommons were busy cheering for Team West Indies. The video went viral and we received responses form the carribbean, that too, all organically! • Video Views: 40,845 • 10-Second Views: 25,748 • Reactions – 462 • Comments – 25 • Result • The page activity is constant and we boast to have given a different perspective to every day-to-day situation.
