Aim & Purpose This Unit will provide learners with an under- standing of the different predicators of talent and the different ways of developing talent.Learning Outcomes:1 Know the key predicators of talent for performers in sport 2 Be able to design a talent identification programme for a chosen sport 3 Know key factors in talent development in sport 5 Be able to design a talent development programme for a chosen sport
