  1. TRAUMATISMO CRÂNIO ENCEFÁLICO (TCE) 1. RECONHECIMENTO - Pupilas desiguais(anisocoria). - Verifique a saída de líquido claro (liquor) pelo nariz e/ ou ouvido. - Hematoma nas pálpebras (Sinal de Panda). - Sinal de BATTLE (sinal característico atrás da orelha). - Paralisia unilateral. 2. TRATAMENTO a. Verifique V.R.C. b. Oxigênio a 05 litros/min. com catéter nasal ou a 10 litros/min com máscara se necessário. Se a assistência ventilatória necessária, utilize ambú e hiperventile a 15 litros/min. c. Imobilize. d. Cubra o ferimento com bandagem triangular ou atadura de crepom sem pressão se não houver fragmento ósseo, afundamento ou exposição de tecido cerebral. e. Utilize a escala de Coma de Glasgow. g. Transporte.
