  4. Mongolia 外蒙 • 兩岸人民關係條例第二條所稱之「大陸地區」是指台、澎、金、馬等政府統治權所及地區以外的中華民國領土 • 施行細則第三條 ，「本條例第二條第二款所稱大陸地區，包括中共控制之地區及外蒙古地區」；2002年修正後則改為「本條例第二條第二款之施行區域，指中共控制之地區」 • 外交部核發簽證，不再使用現行的「旅行證」 • Eastern Turkistan

  6. 東沙 • 旗津區中興里18鄰東沙31號 • 南沙 (太平島) • 2009年1月28日，菲律賓參議院通過2699號法案（Senate Bill 2699），即「制定菲律賓領海基線的法案」；2月2日，菲律賓眾議院通過第3216號法案（House Bill 3216），將南沙群島部分島嶕（包括太平島），以及中沙群島的黃岩島劃入菲國領土
