  1. Horse Training Schools Is it your dream to attend a horse training school? The Clearing Farm is the best privately owned equestrian training program located at Hansen Dam Equestrian Center in Lake View Terrace, CA. We specialize in quality training in the hunters.

  2. HORSE TRAINING SERVICES This program is individually designed to best meet the needs of each horse and rider. An inclusive program for one rider/one horse, tailored to meet their specific needs. Includes Grooming, Trainer Rides, Lessons, Turn Outs, Extra Feed & Supplements, Supplies, and Laundry Service. Offered six days a week.

  3. Full care of horse includes all grooming, supplies, extra feed & supplements, and laundry service. This can also be offered to horses who are laid up for 30 days or more. This service can be provided seven days a week and includes all necessary turn outs, hand walking, grooming care, and management for the horse that is laid up.

  4. We attend many “A” shows throughout California, as well as “B” and county shows in the Los Angeles Area. Whether you are competing in short stirrup or in national medal finals, The Clearing Farm is committed to excellence at all levels.

  5. Horses For Sale: We have horses available for sale and lease to compete at all levels. Michelle can also find clients a sale or lease from sources both local and European.
