Action Plan • To have regular techy breakys to upskill staff in the use of ICT programmes • To plan for the establishment of a strong infrastructure and hardware base and to move towards cloud computing and wireless options • To ensure that e-learning remains a focus for all teaching programmes • To find authentic ways to share e-learning and to enable participation by whanau in e-learning

  3. So far in 2012… • Regular techy breakys to upskill staff • Infrastructure of classroom computers • Absences and notices electronic • All computers are imaged • All classes have a class blog • Experimenting with Comic Life

  4. Expectations • Every day teachers are expected to: • Display daily timetable on IWB • Invite students to use IWB in morning – writing name for example on timetable • Access and add to daily notices using Smart Net • Complete their absences using Musac
