  6. Three Essential Questions… • What do I know? • Facts, Figures, Etc. • What do I think I know? • Experience, Wisdom, Insight • What do I NOT know? • What unknowns could influence your decision or urgency to change

  7. Grafting • Scion: Represents what you don’t have that may need to be “grafted” into your existing schedule, work routine or goals. • Rootstock: Symbolizes what you currently have in place that will help make the “graft” successful.

  8. Six Steps To Success Choose the best method Determine the best timing for the graft Line up the layers of scion and stock Protect the graft to give it every chance to succeed Review progress with the graft and make adjustments Evaluate success of graft
