  2. Who We Are • We are full service claims investigators in the New York metropolitan area specializing in general liability claims as well as medical and professional liability. Probus was incorporated in 1974 and has been serving the insurance industry nationwide since. • We have staff investigators employed by our firm who are all experienced licensed adjusters as well as bi-lingual. • We are well known for our expertise in claims investigation and seek to tailor our services to meet your company’s needs. We offer a blend of experience and desire that enables us to stand apart from other firms. • We have serviced many of the major insurance carriers and continue an excellent reputation with them. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service delivered at the best price.

Our Divisions • Our claims division has been called upon to perform some of the most complex and unique investigations and we are proud of our track record. • Our trial preparation division has assisted in many famous and infamous lawsuits. • Our third party administration division counts many formerly troubled insured’s as clients. • Our audit division has conducted very arduous reviews and successfully met every deadline. • Our surveillance division is led by a former New York City Detective who has been with us for over 10 years. • In addition to these divisions, our firm also performs program administration, background and asset research, motor vehicle bureau searches, litigation, subpeona and process service, social security, loss control and run-off management.
