  6. Other facilities: Libraries • You are free to use all of the university libraries and can also borrow books at a discounted alumni rate of £50 per year. Careers advice • For two years after you graduate, the university’s Guidance & Employability Team can help you with job searches and further study. Discounts on postgraduate courses • If you have completed an undergraduate programme at the university, you are entitled to a discount of 10 % on postgraduate study. Sports facilities • For just £135 per year you can use the gymnasium at Avery Hill.. Students' Union life membership • A one-off fee of just £20 allows you to use the Students’ Union bars and attend its events on any campus. Conferences and accommodation • Take advantage of the university’s conference and accommodation facilities at specially discounted alumni rates.

Academic Facilities: “Centred on a large open studio space, the building will offer facilities for a number of the university's Schools, including the School of Architecture, Design & Construction. Students from many disciplines the opportunity to develop their creative ideas and professional skills. It will also include a model-making workshop.”

  8. Accomadation: Bedroom Accommodation • The accommodation is arranged in "flat" formats with between five and eight bedrooms sharing a kitchen-dining area. Residents have access to 24-hour onsite laundrette facilities. • All bedrooms are equipped with a small fridge, desk, and bath towel which is changed every three days.
